Metro Motors D&M Autobrokers one in the same

I went to look at a couple of cars here about 2 weeks ago and was met by a young kid named Guy..He did not seem to know what he was doing and I got passed off to another guy named Ash.When I got into the office I noticed a guy I seen a D&M Autobrokers last named Sig who sold my neighbor a truck. I started noticing that the whole bunch that were working there were the same bunch of liars and cheats from D&M and come to find out that this lot is owned by Wes Mason who is Terry Masons brother. How I know Terry is when my neighbors truck brokedown the second day he had it I drove him over there and my neighbor had an argument with him and some other *** and Sig happened to not be there that day all though his car was..My advice is to avoid Metro Motors/D&M..These guys will rip you off at any and every chance they get.. Scam dealerships like this need to be shut down..

Who is in charge????

I have used Metro Motorsports probably 3 or four times to get parts for my son's motorcycle. Each time, I ask that they call to let us know that the parts have come in so we can get back on the trails. Each time, no call and finally I have to call and find out that the parts have been in all along. My last order consisted of a clutch cable and a rear brake cable. The clutch cable came in and I had to call to find this out, but the brake cable had not. I have called each week for 4 weeks now and the part is still not in and nobody has done anything to make it happen. The last time I called I asked to speak to the parts manager and was told I was speaking to him right now. I voiced my concerns over the lack of interest from the rest of the staff to let me know the status of the parts that I have already paid for. He said he would take care of it. I asked that he call when he heard something.... and guess what. No call, two weeks now, I'm pissed, and will call when I am done typing this. Who's in charge??? When you can't complain to someone who is supposed to be in charge, then where do you go? The next motorcycle store with my business!

Metro motorsports poor service, like they were doin me a favor

I purchased a 2006 kawasaki vulcan 750. Love the bike and the salesman was excellent,The problem was with the managers. Th idiots that sitting behind the glass offices were obviously irritated with my request for an immediate title. I was very clear when I negotiaited the bike that I was registering in my home state of SC and needed the title for my trip scheduled 2 days after the purchase. No problem, they told me monday morning they would send my salesman to the dmv for y title and I was to pick it up at noon. I called as instructed at 1145 only to be told I misunderstood and that I was to go to DMV myself for the title. On Sunday I clarified numerous times that the title would be attained by someone at the dealership and that I in fact didnt need to go to the DMV to attain the title.I signed the power of attorney so that the title could be issued without my presence. When I arrived for my title on Monday I was treated as if I was out of controll and informed that they had gone out of their way to do what I needed and that the salesman had given me false info. I in fact watched the salesman get all his info from the sales manager and finance manger. He did not answer any of my questions without first clarifying with his managers. He was an awesome salesman and was the only person in the dealership that went out of his way to help me with what I needed. I in fact did get my title that day and asked for information about general managers and corporate headquarters and was told I was difficult and threatening and I was invited to wait outside till the deal was finished.I was provided with first names of everyone I dealt with and no phone numbers were available for me. I will never do business with metro motorsports and you would think that a business that deals in luxury items like jetskis motorbikes and the such would provide better customer service.I certainly will be taking my disposable dollars elsewhere and will continue to research upper management and lodge my complaints to them.
